Mobile - Connecting to a network

Click ‘Mobile’ on the 'Connectivity' tab to load this page. Using the SAM4 setup tool, it is possible to check your mobile connection. 

If there are any warnings regarding the connection, please take the following actions:

• Check the signal strength 

• Move the antenna to a better position

• Refresh the page to see if any improvements have been made

• Return to the home page to check the connectivity status 

If this fails, swap the gateway for a backup

(Optional) In case you are using your own SIM card, it can also be configured on this page. To do so, follow the next steps:

1. Fill in the APN and username from your mobile provider 

2 Enter the SIM’s password and click ‘Submit’.

3. When the connection is successful, the message ‘Mobile configuration saved’ will show at the top of the screen. The table below lists connection details.
