Gateway check
There are 3 LED indicators on the Fitlet gateway, as shown in the image and table below. Here, we will explain the different scenarios related to different LED combinations:
If the gateway operates correctly, LEDs '1', '2' and the 'Fitlet' LED will be continuously green.
If the power LED is off, the gateway is not receiving power.
-Check whether the connector is firmly pressed into the gateway.
-Test the installation wire using a certified multimeter. To achieve this, position one microprobe into a connector of the power supply and one in a random port of the gateway.
If LED '1' is not on, the cloud connection has been interrupted. In this case, reset the gateway by disconnecting it from the power supply adapter and the switch. Reconnect the gateway after the LEDs have been off for 10 seconds.
If LED '2' is lit up yellow, the wireless signal strength is not sufficient. In this case, try to move the magnetic foot antennas to increase the signal strength. If this does not work, add a second antenna if you only have one antenna installed, or try a wired connection. For more information, see steps 7 and 8 of the SAM4 setup tool.
